Development
Our attorneys have represented owners and developers of both residential and commercial projects throughout New Jersey. We are knowledgeable with regard to local and state zoning and land-use regulations and regularly represent our clients before boards and commissions. We are also experienced in dealing with other professionals involved in the approval process such as engineers, planners, consultants and contractors. It is our practice to involve all of our client’s professionals in a team approach to maximize our client’s chances of success.

Financing

We regularly review and close commercial and residential mortgages, syndicated loans, sale-leaseback transactions, refinancings and have issued third party opinion letters regarding various aspects of real estate finance transactions on behalf of borrowers and lenders.
